Author: A.T. Areki: This project is about Planar Graphs and Their functions. One of the most interesting applications from this course is the POST-MAN problem.
1. Post-man would like to cover his route with as little walking as possible by traverses each edge at least once and returns to his starting station (vertex); this kind of problem usually called Postman problem.
2. A parking ticket officer wants to know the most efficient way to check and monitor all the street meters that a car is either parked legally or illegally.
3. A police officer wants to know the most efficient way to patrol all the streets on the beat.
